CHILDREN’S BOOK AND PLAY REVIEW PERMISSION TO PUBLISH By submitting this review (Contribution), I hereby: Grant of Rights; Permission to Publish. I hereby grant to the Children’s Book and Play Review (“CBPR”) a perpetual, royalty-free, irrevocable, non-exclusive license to publish, produce, transform, derive, perform, display, reproduce, distribute, vend, or otherwise use in all languages, in journal, book format, or in any other form, format, means, or technology, whether known or not yet discovered, including but not limited to print, electronic, and the Internet, in the United States and in any foreign countries, the above-named Contribution or any portion thereof. I understand that my Contribution is subject to editorial review and selection prior to being accepted for publication and that CBPR shall in no event be obligated to exercise any of the rights granted herein. Editorial Processing. I understand that my Contribution is to be submitted in accordance with the publication standards posted by CBPR and that the satisfactory manuscript delivered to and accepted by CBPR will be subject to modifications by CBPR's editorial staff as deemed necessary to complete or enhance the Contribution. Such modifications may include, but are not limited to, alterations in layout, format, punctuation, spelling, and style. CBPR will make the final determination as to the tone, quality, and language of the published Contribution. Warranty.
